Factory, Quality Control & Certificates

Finished concrete admixtures produced since 2013 under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with third-party tested batches and documented traceability.

The plant

A Dedicated Admixture Producer, Not a Trading Warehouse

We operate a purpose-built concrete admixture production base in Guangdong province, established in 2013. The site produces both polycarboxylate and naphthalene-based water reducers as finished products, plus coal-water slurry dispersants for industrial energy customers — and everything that leaves it carries the Cravco name.

Which raises the only question that matters: what actually governs quality here? Three things — a certified quality management system, batch release testing tied to a certificate of analysis, and retained samples that let us settle disputes with records instead of arguments. Ask us anything about how a batch was made and the answer comes from our own production and quality team, not from a third party we rang up.

We can arrange a live video plant tour covering raw material storage, the reaction and blending area, quality control laboratory, packing line and container loading. Contact us to schedule one during China working hours (GMT+8).

Comparing suppliers? Our checklist for verifying an admixture manufacturer covers the same documents we ask for ourselves — use it on anyone you are evaluating, including us.

Certificates

Documents You Can Verify

Each document below is described by what it covers and what it does not prove. Copies are shared during supplier verification, once the grade and specification are on the table — so that what you receive matches what you are actually buying.

ISO 9001:2015 / GB/T 19001-2016

Quality management system certification held by our production base, covering the production and sale of polycarboxylate high-performance water reducers, naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducers and coal-water slurry dispersants. Issued by a CNAS-accredited certification body under IAF multilateral recognition.

This is a quality management system certificate, not a product performance certification. Check the current version against the issuing body's register rather than relying on the claim itself.

National High-Tech Enterprise

Our production base holds national high-tech enterprise recognition — a Chinese government status granted to manufacturers that meet defined thresholds for R&D spending, intellectual property and technical staff. It is awarded for formulation and process development, not for any single product.

Business registration

The entity behind our Cravco production was registered in 2013, with a business scope covering the manufacture of specialty chemical products. Registration documents can be provided during due diligence.

Third-party product testing

2025 inspection reports issued by Guangdong Guangye Inspection and Testing Group for both the PCE and naphthalene standard-type samples. Results are summarised on the relevant product pages; the full reports are shared with the sample data during verification.

Process

From Raw Material to Retained Sample

1. Incoming control

Raw materials checked before entering production, with supplier and lot records maintained.

2. Controlled formulation

Formulation versions are recorded so shipped goods can be matched back to the sample you approved.

3. Batch release testing

Each production lot is tested before release, and a batch COA is issued with the shipment.

4. Retention samples

Samples from each batch are retained, allowing a later quality discussion to be resolved by testing.

Hazard Identification Records for Freight Booking

Both product lines have been tested for flash point and fire point behaviour. These records support your freight booking — they are not a complete dangerous goods classification on their own.

2026 hazard identification testing results for submitted samples. Records valid for the year of issue; re-check before shipment.

Please read this correctly. These results do not mean the products are "non-flammable" or "non-hazardous" in every classification system, and they do not provide a UN number, transport class or packing group. Before booking, we supply the full SDS together with these records to your carrier so that classification is decided by the party responsible for accepting the cargo.

What Is Still in Verification

We would rather show you a short list of open items than decorate this page with claims we cannot support. These are being confirmed and will be published once verified in writing.

Item Status What we will publish once confirmed
Export production capacity Pending written confirmation Capacity per export grade, available export allocation, lead time and production scheduling.
Project references Pending customer authorisation Anonymous or named case studies only after the customer grants permission in writing.
University / research partnership Pending authorisation Any research collaboration will only be stated if currently active and authorised for publication.
Standard conformance testing Not yet performed ASTM C494 or EN 934 conformance results, if your project requires them, tested on your materials.
Certificate copies in English Being assembled for the verification pack English copies of the ISO 9001 certificate and its certified scope, for your supplier QA file.

Ask us about any of these directly — we will give you the current state rather than a polished answer. See our product pages for the PCE range and naphthalene range.
