About Cravco

Cravco is a China-based manufacturer and exporter of finished concrete admixtures. We produce polycarboxylate and naphthalene-based superplasticizers at our own base in Guangdong, and we handle the sales, documentation and technical support that follow the batch.

Who we are

We Make It, Then We Ship It

Cravco is a concrete admixture manufacturer and exporter. We formulate, produce and export polycarboxylate (PCE) and naphthalene-based superplasticizers from a purpose-built production base in Guangdong province that has been running since 2013, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.

The brand on the drum and the name on the export documents are the same one, so we carry the whole chain: formulation control, batch release testing against a certificate of analysis, retention sampling, packing, export paperwork and application support. When you have a technical question, it reaches the people who made the batch rather than a sales desk reading from a script.

We do not broker surplus from factories we do not control. The two product lines on this site are what we produce, and every shipment leaves under the Cravco name with batch-level traceability behind it. If you want to test that claim, use the checklist for verifying an admixture manufacturer we wrote ourselves — then ask us for a live video walkthrough of the plant.

How we work

Trials Decide Everything. We Do Not Argue With Test Results.

An admixture that performs perfectly with one cement can fail with another thirty kilometres away. Instead of pretending otherwise, we built our process around local testing.

1. Materials first

Before recommending a grade we ask for your cement, aggregates, target strength, haul time and temperature range. No recommendation without them.

2. Cost per cubic metre

We compare landed cost and required dosage, not headline price per tonne. Different solid contents make per-tonne comparisons misleading.

3. Local trial

Samples ship with batch documentation and a named technical contact, so your results come back with interpretation attached.

4. Written specification

The TDS for the confirmed grade becomes the commercial reference: solid content tolerance, dosage range, storage and shelf life.

5. Batch traceability

Every shipment carries a batch COA with retention samples held at the plant, so any later dispute references records rather than opinions.

6. Honest closure

If neither line fits your cement or economics, we say so and stop. A trial that was never going to work wastes your laboratory, not just our time.

Who we supply

Four Buyer Types, Four Different Conversations

  • Distributors and importers — finished goods that can carry your label, plus realistic margin structure and territory terms discussed before, not after, you invest in market development.
  • Ready-mix producers — slump retention, pumpability, cost per cubic metre and supply continuity across your peak season.
  • Precast plants — setting time, early strength, demoulding cycle time and surface finish.
  • Local brand owners — finished-product supply under your own brand, with labelling, SDS responsibility and manufacturer information agreed to be factually consistent.

Markets

Southeast Asia, Entered One Partner at a Time

We are currently developing the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. We do not claim market-wide coverage, branch offices we do not have, or agents we have not signed.

The logic is simple: entering a market properly requires a partner who can run local trial mixes and store product correctly. Without that, even a good admixture fails on arrival and everyone blames the chemistry.

If you operate in one of these markets and can run trials, we want to talk to you. If you are elsewhere and have both, get in touch anyway — we prefer a real opportunity to a large flag collection.

What we will not do

Commitments We Refuse to Make

This list is here because these are exactly the claims that get overseas buyers into trouble — and because refusing them costs us very little compared with the alternative.

We will not overstate certification

Our published data comes from Chinese standard testing by an independent provincial station. We do not imply ASTM C494 or EN 934 certification, and we will tell you plainly if your project needs conformance testing done on your materials.

We will not publish unverified capacity

Ask our production capacity and we will give you a number the plant has confirmed in writing for the export grades — not an optimistic figure taken from a brochure.

We will not quote performance without context

Reported water reduction and dosage figures are published with their source, standard and limitations. They describe tested samples, not a promise of behaviour in your mix.

We will not invent project references

We will not name clients we cannot document, and we will not publish a case study without the customer's permission. Reference lists are provided privately once permission exists.

Certificates, test reports and company registration details are shown on our factory and certificates page.

Talk to someone who will tell you the truth

Tell us what you currently use, what it costs you landed, and what goes wrong with it. We will say whether we can help — and if we cannot, we will say that too.
