Third-Party Test Results You Can Check Before Sampling

The values below come from 2025 third-party inspection reports issued by Guangdong Guangye Inspection and Testing Group (Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Cement Products & Concrete Admixtures Testing Station). We publish the source rather than asking you to take our word for it.

How to read this table

These figures describe the specific samples submitted for testing in March 2025, under the stated standards and dosages. They are not a performance guarantee for every batch, and they are not adapted to your cement, aggregates or ambient temperature. We therefore treat local trial mixes with your own materials as the decision point — the same approach recommended in ASTM C494/C494M, which advises supplementary testing with the actual job materials. Nothing here should be read as ASTM or EN product certification.

Who we supply

Built for Distributors, Ready-Mix Plants and Precast Producers

We work with four buyer types, and each has a different reason to talk to us. Tell us which one you are and we will send the relevant pack instead of a generic catalogue.

  • Construction chemical distributors – finished goods with your own labelling options, plus margin structure and territory terms.
  • Ready-mix concrete producers – talk directly to whoever signs off slump retention, pumpability and cost per cubic metre.
  • Precast concrete plants – we focus on setting time, early strength, demoulding cycle and surface finish.
  • Local brand owners – finished-product supply under your own brand; we confirm specification and labelling before any order.

Active markets include the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. We do not claim market-wide coverage — we enter market by market, together with a partner who can run local trials.

Supply & documentation

Export Documentation Prepared Before You Ask

Batch documentation

Each shipment is supplied with batch COA, TDS and SDS. Certificate copies are available for verification before your first order.

Quality management

Products are manufactured under a ISO 9001:2015 / GB/T 19001-2016 quality system covering polycarboxylate and naphthalene superplasticizers. See certificates.

Transport classification

Flash-point testing records exist for both product lines. We supply the full SDS and current documentation to your carrier for booking confirmation.

Packing options

Liquid products packed in IBC tanks or drums, flexitank options subject to compatibility and handling conditions. Net weights confirmed per order.

Samples & trials

Lab samples are arranged together with a named technical contact, so your trial results come back with interpretation rather than silence.

Honest lead times

We quote production lead time and shipment time separately. No date is promised before it is confirmed against the actual production schedule.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Sample

Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

We manufacture. Our production base in Guangdong has been running since 2013 under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, and it produces exactly two finished lines — the polycarboxylate and naphthalene-based water reducers shown on this site. We do not broker other plants' surplus, so there is no second factory behind your order and no gap between who quotes you and who made the batch. A live video walkthrough of the plant can be arranged during China working hours (GMT+8).

How much water reducer will I actually need per cubic metre?

We will not quote a dosage without knowing your cement, admixtures, aggregates, target strength and ambient temperature. The dosages in our test reports (1.8% for PCE, 2.0% for naphthalene) were trial conditions, not recommendations. What we can do immediately is compare cost per cubic metre once you share your current dosage and landed price — liquid price per tonne alone is misleading when two products differ in solid content.

Do you hold ASTM C494 or EN 934 certification?

No, and we do not imply that we do. Our published results are from Chinese standard testing (JG/T 223-2017 and GB 8076-2008) performed by an independent provincial testing station. If your project requires ASTM C494 Type F/G or EN 934-2 conformance testing, we can support it — but the trial should be run on your materials, which is what those standards effectively recommend anyway.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We structure two options: a small trial order that the carrier and plant will accept, and a full container order with better unit economics. Rather than publishing a generic MOQ, we confirm packing, net weight per container and realistic loading against the actual product density and your destination port — then quote.

Can you handle seasonal high-temperature slump loss?

Sometimes, and only after we see the data. Long haul times and high ambient temperature usually require a retarding or slump-retention formulation. We will ask for your transport time, concrete temperature and required slump retention window before recommending a grade — this is the single most common reason a first trial fails, and it is solvable, but not by guessing.

What happens if the delivered batch does not perform like the sample?

We keep retention samples per batch and request objective trial data — mix design, batch number, storage conditions, temperature, dosing sequence — before drawing conclusions. Samples and delivered goods are matched by batch record. Most "performance" complaints turn out to be changes in local cement or aggregates, and we would rather find that out together than argue about it.

Start with your materials, not our catalogue

Tell us your cement type, target strength, haul time and monthly volume. We will recommend a grade, send the TDS and the third-party test report, and arrange a lab sample for your own trial mix.
